What's Included

When you purchase the sleigh ride dinner experience to Trail Creek Cabin, you are treated to an evening that encompasses the following:

 • Roundtrip Sleigh Ride: Experience a roundtrip scenic sleigh ride from the Sun Valley Inn to Trail Creek Cabin. The time selected is the sleigh departure time and dinner follows upon your arrival at the Cabin.
 • 4-Course Prix Fixe Dinner: Enjoy a 4-course prix fixe dinner (Please note: bar tab is not included in the package price).
 • Gratuity: Gratuity is included, allowing for a hassle-free experience.
 • Tax: All applicable state and local taxes will be included in the final purchase price.

What to Expect

 • Arrival Time: Please arrive at the Sun Valley Inn at least 15 minutes before your reserved sleigh departure time for check-in and waiver signing. Sleighs run on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
 • Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the Inn for your convenience.
 • Dinner: Most dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated.
 • Duration: The entire experience lasts about three hours including the roundtrip sleigh ride and dinner.
 • Attire: Dress warmly for the sleigh ride. We recommend layering, and don't forget hats, gloves, and warm shoes for your comfort in the winter weather.
 • Weather: If weather conditions prevent the use of sleighs, we will use a horsedrawn wagon to ensure your safety while maintaining the charm of the experience.

Cancellations & Policies

Cancellations or Modifications Made More Than 10 Days Prior to the Reservation Date: No cancellation fees will apply. Any changes are subject to availability.

Cancellations or Modifications Made Within 10 Days of the Reservation Date: No refunds or changes will be permitted under any circumstances.

Arrival & Timeliness: Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled sleigh departure to sign waivers and load the sleigh. Sleighs will depart promptly at the scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures.

If your party opts to drive to Trail Creek Cabin for dinner, please notify Restaurant Reservations in advance by calling 208-622-2800. This is a fixed-price package experience. Should your party choose to drive directly to the Cabin rather than taking the sleigh or wagon ride (weather dependent), there will be no reduction in the overall cost.

Sleigh Assignments: While we’ll do our best to keep parties together on the sleigh ride, this isn’t always possible due to maximum sleigh capacity.
